摘要
目的:采用日立F-4600型荧光分光光度计研究测定硒含量的方法。方法:采用荧光法测定硒含量。结果:按实验所建立方法测定貉血清、被毛、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肌肉中硒含量,发现均在0.5μg范围内变化,且与荧光强度呈线性关系。结论:应用日立F-4600型荧光分光光度计建立荧光法测定硒含量的方案是可行的。
Objective: To research the way of determining selenium contents by Hitachi F- 4600 fluorescence spectrophotometer. Methods: Selenium contents were determined by fluorospectrophotometry. Results: Selenium contents of serum, fur, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and muscle were determined by this way in raccoon dog. Conclusion: The scheme of determining selenium contents by Hitachi F - 4600 fluorescence spectrophotometer was feasible.
