左旋布比卡因复合不同浓度苏芬太尼用于开胸术后硬膜外镇痛效果的研究

摘要 左旋布比卡因的药理特点与布比卡因相似，但其心脏和神经毒性较布比卡因低。本研究旨在观察左旋布比卡因复合不同浓度苏芬太尼用于开胸术后硬膜外自控镇痛（PCEA）的效果。
