摘要
针对食醋中游离矿酸检测的国家标准方法存在的假阳性率较高、显色结果不易判定等缺陷,采用数字图像采集等手段,对试纸的最佳显色时间、最低检出限、适用范围进行了进一步的研究,并针对试纸法的应用提出了改进意见。
Some limitations were found in GB method on detection of free mineral acid in vinegar,like high false-positive rate,hard to decide the results and so on.In this paper,the optimal time to decide the results,the minimum detectability and the applicable using scope were researched and some improved suggestions were put forward.
