摘要 主要对近年来花色苷的分离鉴定及其抗氧化、抗癌、抗动脉硬化等生物活性的研究进展进行总结和概述。 The isolation and identification of anthocyanin and its bioactivities,including anti-oxidant anti-cancer,anti-angiosclerosis were summarized and outlined.
