The article makes a Chinese reading to the contemporary scholar Engelhardt＇s secular bioethics： the reading to the difference of the cultural background and the reading to the difference of the history understanding to the human relations. And, on the basis of the cognition, the limitation of the permission principle and the secular bioethics in the Chinese application are known.
