摘要 针对传统盘车存在布点数量少、停点不准确、读数主观性强、盘车耗时长等问题,提出了一种能够满足任意测点和任意相位的快速高精度连续盘车需要的水电机组全自动智能盘车系统。在详细阐述系统体系基础上,给出了软件平台的关键技术与实现措施。该系统由于具有通用性强、效率高、精度高、智能性强、盘车方法新颖等特点,因而有着很好的应用和推广价值。 The traditional run out check method exists such problems as few acquisition points,inaccurate stop,subjective reading and time-consuming during run out check.A fully automatic intelligent run out check system,which is able to meet the requirement of any phase,any test points and fast high accuracy continual check,is proposed.In this paper,based on the frame of run out check,the key technologies and its corresponding implementation measures of the in its software platform are discussed in detail.Since this proposed run out check system has the features with high common use,high efficiency,high precision,strong intelligence,and novel method,it has high application and popularization value.
