摘要
本文主要介绍水电厂压力钢管安全检测过程,采用腐蚀检查、无损探伤、静应力测试、动应力测试等方法,对电厂2号机压力钢管进行安全检测与评估。可供类似工程参考借鉴。
This paper describes the process of penstock safety inspection in hydropower plant,the use of corrosion inspection,nondestructive testing,static stress test,dynamic stress testing and other methods of pressure pipe plant No.2 for safety inspection and evaluation of the penstock for No.2 unit.It can be applied as a reference for similar projects.
