东西部高校对口"支援"走向"合作"有利于东西部高校共同发展,是东西部高校对口支援工作进入深入推动阶段的必然趋势。然而,在当前的政策环境中,还存在许多不利于东西部高校对口合作的因素,需要各级政府共同努力,积极构建促进东西部高校合作共赢的政策环境,以推动东西部高校对口"支援"成功走向对口"合作"。

With the further action of the ＂partner assistance＇, it is an inevitable tendency that the relationship between the eastern and the western universities transforms from assistance to cooperation. The transformation benefits the development of both eastern and western universities. However, in the current policy condition, there are still many factors which are against the partner cooperation. The partner assistance still needs the help of the government. The government may build a policy condition which leads the eastern and western universities to cooperate and to gain benefit together, to promote the successful transformation from partner assistance to cooperation of the eastern and the western universities.
