2010年徐州市市区恶性肿瘤死亡分析

Death analysis of malignant tumor in urban area of Xuzhou City in 2010 Urban Residents in 2010

目的了解徐州市区居民恶性肿瘤死亡的人群分布,为制定恶性肿瘤防治对策提供依据。方法收集国家死因监测系统报告肿瘤和各级医疗机构上报的死亡补发病例,按ICD-10编码后进行统计分析。结果 2010年徐州市市区居民恶性肿瘤死亡率为144.66/10万,其中,男性肿瘤死亡率为184.80/10万,女性恶性肿瘤死亡率为102.23/10万;肿瘤死亡类型前5位分别是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、胰腺癌;恶性肿瘤对市区居民潜在生命损失年为20 072.5 a,其标化率为12.95‰,并以50岁～年龄组最高。结论恶性肿瘤对徐州市区居民潜在生命损失年影响较大,对徐州市居民生命造成较大损失。

[Objective]To understand the death distribution of malignant tumor among urban residents among urban residents in Xuzhou City,and provide evidence for developing malignant tumor control measures. [Methods]The death data from national mortality surveillance system and medical institutions at all levels were collected and analyzed according to ICD-10. [Results]The mortality rate of malignant tumor was 144.66/100 000 in Xuzhou City in 2010,that of male and female was 184.80/105,102.23/105 respectively;the top 5 malignant tumors were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer,pancreatic cancer;the potential years of life lost（PYLL） were 20 072.5 years,standardized rate was 12.95‰,and the highest ones appeared in 50-55 years age group. [Conclusion]Malignant tumor has caused great impact on PYLL of urban residents of Xuzhou City and it caused great loss of life among residents.
