茶叶中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留QuEChERS-气相色谱检测法 被引量:8

Determination of 8 pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea by QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography

摘要 目的建立QuEChERS-气相色谱电子捕获检测器分析茶叶中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的方法。方法茶叶中残留的拟除虫菊酯类农药用0.1%乙酸乙腈提取,选取适量的(N-丙基乙二胺填料)PSA粉、ODSC18和石墨化炭黑粉进行分散固相萃取,净化液上GC-ECD分析。结果 8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的加标回收率为78.2%~109.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~7.9%,最低检出浓度为0.006~0.03 mg/kg。结论 QuEChERS-GC-ECD同时检测茶叶中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留,方法简单、快速、方便,结果满意。 [Objective]To establish the rapid QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography(GC) method for determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea. [Methods]The pyrethroid pesticide residues was extracted by 0.1% acetonitrile and acetic acid.Dispersive solid-phase extraction was performed by(N-propyl ethylenediamine filler) PSA powder,ODSC-18 and Graphitized carbon black powder.The purified solution was analyzed by GC-ECD. [Results]The recoveries of 8 pyrethroids were 78.2%-109.0%,the RSD was 1.5%-7.9%,the minimal detection concentration was 0.006-0.03 mg/kg. [Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid and convenient for simultaneous determination of 8 pyrethroids in tea. has better accuracy and recovery and is suitable for determining pyrethoid pesticides in tea.
