摘要
目的:了解和掌握北京市大兴区居民食用碘盐的情况,为制定消除碘缺乏病防治措施提供科学依据。方法:根据《北京市碘盐监测方案》,2010年-2011年对辖区内居民用户的碘盐进行随机抽查576份,按照国家标准GB/T 13025.7-1999中的直接滴定法进行定量测定。结果:2010年-2011年全区碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均高于95%。结论:北京市大兴区居民户食用碘盐的合格率比较高,但还有一定非碘盐的存在,建议职能部门加大监督力度,保证居民购买到合格碘盐。
Objective :To understand the situation of edible iodized salt in Daxing district of Beijing and to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease. Methods: 576 samples were collected during 2010 -20l 1 and iodine contents were detected according to GB/T13025.7 -1999. Results: The coverage rate of iodized salt, the qualification rate of iodized salt and the edibility of qualified iodized salt were all higher than 95%. Conclusion: The qualified rate of edible iodized salt for residents is high in Daxing district, but there is still non - iodized salt. The functional departments should strengthen supervision to guarantee the people to attain qualified iodized salt.
