摘要
目的:了解大兴区市售食用菌铅、汞、镉的污染状况。方法:按照GB/T5009-2003对样品进行前处理并测定。结果:2010年-2011年共监测85件样品,铅的合格率为97.6%,镉的合格率为87.1%,汞的合格率为95.4%。结论:大兴区市售食用菌中铅、镉、汞均存在不同程度的污染,需加强监测。
Objective:To understand the pollution status of lead, hydrargyrum and cadmium in agaries on markets of Daxing district and to provide the scientific basis for readucing pollution in agarics. Methods : The analytical method based on the national standard method GB/TS009 -2003. Results: 85 samples in total were detected from 2010 to 2011, the qualified rate for lead, cadmium and hydrargyrum were 97.6%, 87.1% and 95.4% respectively. Conclusion: Pollution of lead, cadmium and hydrargyrum in agarics showed different levels, need to strengthen surveillance.
