摘要
建立叉车外门架总成的有限元模型,通过静载分析确定优化的设计空间和非设计空间。通过拓扑优化得出外门架总成的最优设计方案,在满足刚度、强度的基础上使整个外门架的质量降低,为进一步降低整个工作装置的质量提供了一个方向。
The finite model of fork outer mask was estabhshed, and the design space & non-design space of optimization through static analysis confirmed. Finding out optimum design method of outer mask through topological optimization, and reduced the mass of outer mask based on satisfied intensity and stiffness. A method for reducing the overall mass of work equipment is provided further.
