摘要
文章运用独立分量分析原理,从可信赖性矩阵中提取独立分量比重,作为WSEIAC模型的能力矩阵,降低了评估结果中的人为因素影响,提高了数据的准确性和客观性。
The principles of independent component analysis was used,to extract the proportion of independent components as the ability matrix from the trustworthiness matrix of WSEIAC model.The impact of human factors was reduced in the evaluation results,increases data accuracy and objectivity.
