摘要 研究了Sn-Zn-La-CeO2复合电镀的镀液中各组分浓度对阴极极化曲线的影响,分析了稀土对镀层中各元素含量的作用,通过Tafel曲线比较了不同镀层在饱和氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:镀液组分为SnCl220g/L,ZnCl240g/L,NH4Cl 80g/L,C6H5Na3O735g/L,光亮剂15mL/L,辅助光亮剂16mL/L,LaCl312g/L,纳米CeO2颗粒30g/L时,能够得到适宜的阴极极化值,有利于获得良好镀层;稀土的加入对锡和锌的电沉积有一定的阻化作用;该条件下制备的Sn-Zn-La-CeO2复合镀层在饱和氯化钠溶液中有最好的耐腐蚀性能。 The cathodic polarization curves of different concentrations of each component in bath were studied and the influence of rare-earth on the content of elements in composites was analyzed. Tafel curves of different coatings were tested in NaCI solution to elaborate the corrosion resistance. The optimum process criterion is obtained, which is SnCl2 20 g/L, ZnCl 2 40 g/L, NH4Cl 80 g/L, C6 H5Na3O7 35 g/L, brightener 15 mL/L, auxiliary brightener 16 mL/L, LaCl3 12 g/L, CeO2 nano-particles 30 g/L. It is proved that the addition of rare-earth will hinder the codeposition of Zn and Sn. Composites prepared under such circumstances obtained superior properties and good corrosion resistance.
