摘要
介绍了基于双层增量动态规划法对福建棉花滩水电开发有限公司机组间负荷优化分配模型以及建立面向对象编程框架,开发出了高度可配置型的功能强大且使用方便的应用软件系统。该应用软件系统在发电调度中得到了实际应用,经济效益明显。
The optimized load distribution model between units of Fujian Mianhuatan Hydropower Development Company Limited,which is based on the double layers increment dynamic planning method,was introduced.An object-oriented programming frame was established.An application software system,which is highly configurable,powerful and easy to use,was developed.The application software system had been used practically in power generation dispatch,and obvious economic benefit was obtained.
