摘要
对贵州华电桐梓发电有限公司2×600 MW机组工程锅炉尾部烟道及设备防腐措施进行了分析,提出了提高排烟温度与采用专业防腐措施2种方案。对2种方案产生的投资与运行维护费用进行了比较,认为该工程不推荐采用提高排烟温度的方案,可对尾部烟道及设备采取适当防腐措施。
The anticorrosion measures for boiler tail flue and other equipments of the 2 × 600 MW unit project of Guizhou Huadian Tongzi Power Generation Company Limited were analyzed.Two schemes were put forward,one of which is to increase the outlet gas temperature and the other is to adopt professional anticorrosion measures.The investment and the cost of operation and maintenance of the two schemes were compared.The result shows that the better choice is to adopt professional anticorrosion measures for the boiler tail flue and other equipments,and to increase the outlet gas temperature is not recommended in this project.
