In Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Company Limited,in order to strengthen the desulphurization operation management,the desulphurization index competition was carried out.The desulphurization indexes were disassembled and explained in detail.The formulation and implementation of the procedure of desulphurization index competition were introduced.The experiences and shortcomings in development of desulphurization index competition were summarized.
