分别用30、60、75和95℃的热水及用浓硫酸处理山皂荚种子的结果表明,30℃热水处理2min与5min的种子差异不显著,处理10min的种子与前两组差异显著。60℃热水处理的3组时间间的差异显著,75℃的热水处理的3组时间间的差异显著,95℃处理2min与5min的种子差异显著,处理2min与10min的种子差异显著,处理5min与10min的种子差异不显著。用75℃热水处理种子10min对山皂荚的种子萌发最为有利,浓硫酸处理60min的山皂荚种子较热水处理山皂荚种子吸水性能大。
To find ways to improve seed germination and seedling emergence with hot water treatment. [Method] By using 30℃, 60℃, 75℃, 95℃water and concentrated sulfuric acid to immerse some seed 2min, 5min and 10min. [ Result] By using 30℃ water, there is no significant difference in seeds between 2min and 5rain, butseed treatment 10min has a significant difference with the former two groups. Three times are significantly different with the hot water treatments 60 ℃ and 75℃, By using 30℃ water, there is a significant difference in seeds between 2min and 5min , 2min and 10min, but seeds was not significantly different after handling 5min and 10min. [ Conclusion ] We reached this conclusion on the basis of the experimental data that the seed germination is most favorable by dealing with 75℃ hot water 10 minutes. The water absorption of seed by Concentrated sulfuric acid treatment 60min is larger than hot water treatment.
