摘要
综述了近年来硝化纤维乳液的主要制备方法,包括外乳化法、转相乳化法、种子乳液聚合法、自乳化法、化学改性法及互穿聚合物网络聚合法;介绍了每种方法的要素、特点及其研究进展;认为外乳化法产品稳定性最差,转相乳化法可改进的余地较小,种子乳液聚合乳化法最复杂,而自乳化法前景最为看好;建议我国加大该产品的研究力度。
The main preparation method of nitrocellulose emulsion was summarized.The outside emulsification,phase inversion emulsification,seed emulsion polymerization,self-emulsifying,chemical modification and IPN network polymerization were included.The elements,characteristic and research progress of each method were introduced.The stability of product was the worst by outside emulsification was considered.The improvable room of phase inversion emulsification was smaller.Seed emulsion polymerization was the most complex.However,the prospect of self-emulsifying was the most promising.The research effort of this product should be advised to increase in our country.
