摘要
结合埃塞俄比亚GIBEⅢ水电站三分梁式岔管的实际情况,运用锥锥相贯原理及平面几何关系推导出了三分岔管两腰梁和两U梁共点的条件和计算公式,并编写了相应的计算程序,在此基础上对三分岔管体形进行了设计;然后采用ANSYS软件中的APDL参数化设计语言对三分梁式岔管进行了有限元计算,通过以岔管管壁厚度和U梁厚度、内伸宽度为参数对岔管进行多方案比较,最终提出了合理的设计方案。
In accordance with the four-girder reinforced trifurcation in Ethiopian GIBE Ⅲ Hydropower Station, the formulas are derived on the condition of two breast girders with two U-shape girders sharing one point by means of the theory of cone intersecting with cone and the relationship of plane geometry. The computation of formulas is programmed, and the shape of the trifurcation is designed on the basis of computation. The structures of designed trifurcation are analyzed by APDL of ANSYS under different pipe thickness and different thickness and width of the inner part of U-shape girders. The optimal design is eventually proposed.
