摘要
结合坝头风电场的实际,分析运行管理中存在的主要问题,从人员培训、设备管理和制度建设等方面探索风电场"无人值班、少人值守、运维合一"的生产运行模式,利用信息化对风电场进行规范化、标准化管理。
Taking Batou Wind Farm as an example, the main issues in the operation and management of wind farm are analyzed. The operation mode of ＂unattended or fewer people on duty, integrated operation and maintenance＂ is explored from the aspects of personnel training, equipment management and institution system, and the management standardization is also achieved by the utilization of information technology.
