冠心病缺血区与室性早搏起源部位之间的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨冠心病与室性心律失常的关系。方法对行冠脉造影并行Holter检查者根据造影结果分成阴性组和阳性组,以冠状动脉狭窄大于或等于70%者为阳性。分析两组Holter结果,主要是分析其室性心律失常数量、形态,记录年龄、性别、高血压史、糖尿病史、心脏彩超及室早治疗方法等。结果冠心病室性心律失常合并高血压、糖尿病者多于特发性室性早搏,室早消融比例及室早次数多于特发性室早(P<0.05)。结论冠心病室早患者有自身的特点,对其治疗有一定指导意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between ventricular arrhythmias and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The patients who underwent coronary angigraphy(CAG) and Holter were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into negative and positive groups according to the results of CAG.The stenosis of coronary artery≥70% was positive.The Holter results,age,sex,history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus(DM),echocardiographic examination,therapeutic measures were analyzed in the two groups.Results The CHD patients with ventricular arrhythmias complicating hypertension and DM were more than those with idiopatic ventricular premature beat,so did the ratio of catheter ablation and the frequency of ventricular premature beat(P0.05).Conclusion The CHD patients complicating ventricular premature beats have own characteristics,which has some guidance significance to choose therapy.
