摘要
病例资料患者，女，16岁，右上腹胀痛进行性加重4个月余。院外腹部CT提示：肝脏占位，考虑“低度恶性间叶组织来源肿瘤、平滑肌肉瘤”可能，遂以“肝脏肿瘤”收入住院。既往无乙肝、丙肝病史，无避孕药使用史。体格检查：体温正常，无消瘦，皮肤、巩膜无黄染，无蜘蛛痣及腹壁静脉曲张，颈静脉无怒张，右上腹隆起，轻压痛，无反跳痛，肝脏右肋缘下10cm，左季肋下2cm，表面光滑，质地硬，边缘钝，肝浊音界增大，上下径约20cm，脾未扪及。
