摘要准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileursis,LASIK)治疗近视安全有效,有着良好的稳定性、安全性和预测性,是当前治疗近视的主流术式。由于其手术的特点,存在着术后眼外伤后易出现角膜瓣移位的可能,若不及时、妥善地处理将出现众多并发症(如角膜上皮植入、角膜瓣融解、感染等),继而严重影响视力。
