河南省区域创新能力分析与发展策略

Analysis and Development tactics to Regional Innovation Ability of Henan Province

区域创新能力是区域竞争力的核心内容。在"十二五"规划开局之年,中原经济区建设成为焦点,在中原崛起、河南振兴总体战略目标下,要把河南建设成全国重要的创新区域,需要认清形势,了解河南区域创新现状。区域创新能力主要体现在区域行为主体的创新能力上。从企业创新的视角,对河南的创新潜力、创新投入、创新绩效以及创新环境等方面对现有的区域创新能力进行评估,挖掘并发现河南区域创新能力建设中存在的问题,探索提升河南区域创新能力的对策,完善区域创新体系,为河南又快又好发展提供参考。

Regional innovation ability is the core content of regional competitiveness. In the first year of the twelfth five-year plan, construction of Central China economic zone becomes the focus. In order to achieve the strategical goal of the rise of Central China and developing Henan Province, to make Henan Province an important innovation region of China, needs to make clear the situations and the late situations of Henan Province. Regional innovation ability is mainly the innovation ablity of the subject of regional action. In the view of company innovation, evaluation to the existing innovating ablility including regional innovating potential, innovating input, innovating performances and innovating circumstances is made. To find out the existing problems and shortcomings in construtting regional innovation ability in Henan, discuss the methods to enhance the regional innovation ability in Henan and perfect the system of regional innovation, thus can provide reference to Henan＇ s rapid and good development.
