长株潭城市群旅游业环境友好型发展评价研究

Evaluation of Environment-friendly Development in Tourism Industry in Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster

区域旅游业环境友好型发展是旅游业可持续发展的重要一环,对建设"两型社会"至关重要。长株潭城市群在建设"两型社会"过程中非常重视旅游业的发展,如何科学评价旅游业环境友好型发展成为学术界研究的新方向和旅游管理部门的重要工作之一。在理解环境友好的内涵和文献回顾的基础上,从生态环境、社会环境和经济环境3个层次建立评价指标体系,并运用AHP法确定指标权重,最终设计出长株潭城市群旅游业环境友好型发展评价模型。通过实证,深入剖析了旅游经济这个复杂系统,验证了指标及评价模型的合理性和可操作性。研究发现,长株潭旅游业属于弱友好水平,对此为其旅游业环境友好型发展提出了可行的建议。

It is vital for the tourism industry to develop sustainably by persisting in the environment-friendly development in the regional tourism industry and it helps to build the ＂two-oriented society＂ . The Chang-Zhu-Tan city cluster attaches great importance to the tourism development in the construction of the ＂two-oriented society＂. It has become a new direction for the academic research and an important work for the government to evaluate scientifically environment-friendly development in tourism industry. This paper is aimed at establishing a system to eval- uate indexes from the perspective of ecological environment, social environment and economic environment based on the core connotation of the environment-friendly and literature reviewing. The weight of the index is determined by AHP and an evaluation model is designed. The model is applied to evaluate environment-friendly development in tourism industry in Chang-Zhu-Tan area. Through empirical study, it has analyzed the complex system of tourism e- conomy in depth. It has also verified that the index and the evaluation model are reasonable and feasible. The re- search conclusion is that tourism environment-friendly development in Chang-Zhu-Tan city cluster is at a low stage. Some feasible suggestions are put forward for its environment-friendly development in tourism industry in the future.
