眼角口角水平向不对称与牙弓宽度的相关性 被引量:1

Relationship Between Horizontal Angular Asymmetry of the Face and Transverse Dental Anomalies

摘要 目的研究颜面部软组织水平方向不对称与牙弓宽度的对称性是否相关。方法拍摄90名大学学生正面像,测量双侧眼角连线、双侧口角连线与水平线的角度,从而筛选出不对称样本49例,对称样本41例。从两样本中各随机抽取30例,且男女各半,组成颜面对称组与不对称组,测量并比较两组模型的牙弓宽度及对称性。结果颜面不对称组的下牙弓宽度的不对称系数(尖牙处0.8,磨牙处2.0)大于颜面对称组(尖牙处0.3,磨牙处0.2),且差异有统计学意义。结论面部软组织不对称在人群中普遍存在,其中右侧优势型在不对称人群中所占比例较高。在颜面不对称人群中下颌牙弓形态往往也表现不对称。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of the dental arch in the patients with craniofacial soft tissue asymmetry. Methods The angle between the horizontal line through the bilateral exocanthions and the line through the bilateral mouth corners of the face was measured on standardized frontal facial photographs of 90 volunteers(45 males and 45 females). 60 (30 males and 30 females) dental models were randomly selected from the above 90 volunteers and measured. Results The right-dominant type was observed more frequently than the left-dominant type in both genders. Dental arch asymmetry was found in the patients with facial asymmetry. Conclusions Right-side dominance was common in both genders. Asymmetry of the mandibular dental arch was found in patients with facial soft tissue asymmetry.
