摘要
医学教育改革是一项复杂的系统工程,其本质和核心是教育理念的转变。自20世纪初以来,美国医学教育逐渐成为了世界先进医学教育的典型代表。本文在研究和梳理其改革发展历程的同时,对其改革的动因和特点进行了分析探讨,以期对我们进行医学人才培养模式和课程内容体系改革有所启示。
Medical education reform is a complicated systematic project and its essence lies in the change of educational ideas.Since the early 20th century,American medical education has gradually become a typical representative of advanced medical education in the world.In this paper we will review the course of American medical education reform and analyze the causes and characteristics of the reform in hope of casting light on medical talents training and curricular reform at China＇s medical universities.
