案例式教学在临床免疫学检验实验教学中的应用

Application of Case-based Teaching in Clinical Laboratory Immunology Education

目前,案例式教学已逐步应用于医学教育。南京医科大学医学检验系近年来在临床免疫学检验实验教学中进行了案例式教学的应用探讨。本文对比了案例式教学与传统教学方法的优缺点,并介绍了我系在临床免疫学检验实验教学中应用案例式教学的具体方法、应用体会,以及案例式教学在实施过程中存在的问题及解决方案。

Currently,case-based teaching（CBT） has gradualluy applied in medical education.In recently years,there are some applications of case-based teaching in clinical laboratory immunology experimental teaching in the department of laboratory medicine of Nanjing Medical University.In this article,we compared the advantages and disadvantages between case-based and traditional teaching methods,and then introduced the specific method for case-based teaching as well as our preliminary experience.Eventually we pointed out the problems and solutions of case-based teaching during the implementation process.
