摘要
对临床医学教育初期适宜教学模式进行初步探讨。本研究以肺心病双语教学为平台,以广州医学院2007级三年级学生为临床医学教育初期的主体人群,将该年级234名学生分为临床一组(122人)及临床二组(112人),临床一组予以传统讲授为基础同时融合PBL教学法,临床二组予以传统授课,课前课后均以双语病例题进行测试,以统计软件分析研究两种授课方法的教学效果。结果提示两种授课模式均能帮助学生提高肺心病临床知识,但临床二组学生的测试成绩提高更为明显(P<0.05)。在广州医学院现阶段的临床医学教育初期,应用传统授课模式能更好地帮助临床医学初学者掌握医学基本理论知识。
In this paper,suitable teaching model is discussed for clinical medical education of the early stage.In this study,taking pulmonary heart disease bilingual education as a platform,taking Class of 2007 in Guangzhou Medical College,third-grade students,as the beginners of the medical education,234 students in this class are divided into the first clinical group(122) and the second clinical group(112).The first clinical group is taught by traditional teaching combined with PBL teaching,while the second clinical group is taught by traditional teachi ng.Before and after the class,case test is carried out.Data is analyzed by statistical software.The results suggest that the two teaching models can help students improving clinical knowledge of pulmonary heart disease,but the second clinical group of students improved test scores more significant(P0.05).At the present stage of clinical medical education at the early stage in Guangzhou Medical College,application of traditional teaching models can better help for beginners of clinical medical education to master the basic theory of medicine.
