摘要
为满足多结太阳电池各子电池量子效率的测量,搭建了一套带有偏置光与偏置电压的量子效率测试系统.在阐述了多结太阳电池量子效率测试的原理的基础上,详细介绍了测试系统的结构,并采用Vis-ual Basic语言成功开发了测试系统的控制软件.特别讨论了偏置光与偏置电压的应用与标准电池的选择,最后利用该系统成功地测试了GaInP/GaAs/Ge 3结太阳电池的量子效率,光谱响应为0.3~1.88μm.
A quantum efficiency measurement system with bias lights and bias voltage was set up in order to fulfil the quantum efficency measurement of multi-junction solar cells.The principle of quantum efficiency measurement of multi-junction solar cells was expatiated,and the structure of the measurement system was illustrated in detail.The control software was also successfully developed by Visual Basic language.Further more,the use of bias lights and bias voltage,and the choice of the standard cells were discussed particularly.Finally,the system was successfully used to take the measurement of GaInP/GaAs/Ge three-junction solar cells,whose spectrum response scale ranged from 0.3 μm to 1.88 μm.
