内固定治疗三踝骨折36例分析

Analysis of Internal Fixation for Tri-ankle Fracture in 36 Cases

摘要 目的：探讨后外侧入路联合内侧入路内固定治疗三踝骨折的疗效及预后.方法：对36例三踝骨折采用后外侧入路联合内侧入路切开复位内固定.结果：术后均得到10～32个月,平均12.5个月的随访.骨折愈合时间12～16周.疗效评定依据Baird-jackson踝关节评分标准：本组优20例,良12例,可4例,优良率88.9%.结论：采用后外侧入路联合内侧入路进行内固定治疗三踝骨折,其操作简便,固定可靠,适用于三踝骨折的手术治疗.
