护理程序在母乳喂养中的应用

目的探讨护理程序在母乳喂养中所起到的作用。方法于笔者所在医院妇产科收治的产妇共476例,全部产妇随机分为试验组248例和对照组228例,试验组应用护理程序进行护理,对照组给予常规护理,对两组的护理效果进行统计学分析。结果试验组开始泌乳时间早于对照组,试验组的患者喂养姿势正确率以及产妇挤奶手法正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。且试验组产妇乳汁充足例数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将护理程序应用于母乳喂养中,可以明显提高泌乳时间和泌乳量,进一步确保了母乳喂养的成功率和母乳质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing program in breastfeeding. Methods The 476 patients were divided into experimental （ n = 248 ） and control groups （ n = 228）, experimental group received nursing care procedures, the control group received routine nursing, Effects of the two groups for statistical analysis of nursing. Results Compared with control group, the experimental group began to lactation time early in the control group, the lactation start time by comparison are statistically significant differences. Two groups of maternal lactation began, the amount of lactation meet baby needs time is the range. The experimental group mothers lactation quantity meet demand of time early in the baby in the control group, after comparison, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The nursing program women for breast lactation time and lactation volume is have certain effect, and promote the use of clinical.
