从国家纺织工业发展规划看集聚纺纱技术的发展进程与前景

My View of the Development Progress and the Prospect of the Compact Spinning Technology from the Point of China Textile Industry Development Plan

简述我国集聚纺纱技术的现状,依据国家科技和纺织产业发展政策明确集聚纺纱技术的属性和定位;摘录"十一五"和"十二五"纺织产业发展规划和导向;对集聚纺纱规模的发展历程特别是"十一五"期间的发展进行了量化分析和估算,在解读"十二五"集聚纺纱技术发展规划的基础上,定量地推算了未来5年集聚纺纱规模的发展前景。指出到2015年我国集聚纺纱规模约达3 750万锭,约占总纱锭的25%;要实现2020年纺织强国的目标,"十二五"是非常关键的5年;发展低投资、低成本、低能耗的集聚纺纱结构和装置是一项重要任务。

Description is done to the status quo of China compact spinning technology.Attribute and orientation of the compact spinning technology is nailed down on the basis of the policies of China technology and textile development.Some plans and orientation of textile development in the eleventh-five-year plan and the twelfth-five-year plan are extracted.The development history of the compact spinning,specially in the eleventh-five-year plan is quantized and evaluated.On the basis of the analysis of the compact spinning development in the twelfth-five-year plan,the future five year development of the compact spinning technology is calculated in quantization. Conclusion is made that up till the year 2015,China compact spinning technology will grow with spindles of about 37.5 million,approximately 25% of the total spindles.The five year in the twelfth-five-year plan will be of key importance for the realization of China powerful textile country in the year 2020.The important task of the spinning technology will include low investment,low cost,low consumption.
