标准盖板均匀分梳工艺的探讨

Approach into the Even Carding Process of the Standard Flat

为提高梳棉机锡林—盖板间的梳理质量,从分析锡林—盖板梳理工艺特性及采用标准盖板隔距的原因入手,介绍了梳棉机锡林—盖板间梳理隔距不同导致标准盖板梳理不匀的问题;重点分析了采用标准盖板作为隔距基准点的重要性、标准盖板的分梳效果以及标准盖板分布对梳理不匀、盖板自洁性、梳理度、棉结、短绒、落棉、气流运动等的影响;从机理、特点、条件和措施四个方面对标准盖板实现均匀强分梳进行了探讨。指出标准盖板与非标准盖板存在差异,标准盖板的隔距小于非标准盖板,因此盖板每一运动周期的分梳有强弱之分导致分梳状态不均匀,造成生条内部结构不匀;锡林—盖板隔距紧分梳建立在盖板与锡林针齿的隔距上,其针齿的调节取决于双面的平整度和合理配套;应根据锡林—盖板隔距的分布特点,合理安排强分梳点,采用标准盖板均匀间隔分布并校正隔距,使梳理的运动周期呈渐隔距曲线状态,有利于均匀分梳并提高生条质量。

In order to upgrade the carding quality of the cylinder-flat of the card,starting with the analysis of the carding process features of the cylinder flat as well as the standard gauge of the flat,introduction is made to the problems of poor carding resulting from poor gauge adjustment of the cylinder flat of the card.Highlight is given to the importance of standard flat as the datum mark of the gauge,as well as the carding effect of the standard flat and the impact of the arrangement of the standard flat on poor carding,self cleaning of the flat,carding capacity,neps,short fiber,cotton waste and air movement.Approach is done into the even power carding of the standard flat from the aspects of theory,performance,condition and measures.Conclusion is made that there is differences between the standard flat and the non-standard flat in that the gauge of the standard flat is smaller than the non-standard flat.Consequently,threre is unstable carding in the card cycle resulting in uneven carding effect,thus poor inner structure of the card sliver.The tight carding of the gauge of the cylinder flat is established on the gauge of the teeth of the cylinder and flat.The adjustment of the teeth is dependent on the double faced evenness of the proper allocation.It is suggested that proper carding points be allocated based on the power carding points.Application of the even distribution of the gauge and calibration of the gauge is required for the gradual gauge curve in the carding cycle,thus favoring the even carding and the quality of the card sliver.
