摘要
为在车身概念设计阶段优化薄壁梁的截面,提出了截面几何属性算法和截面形状比例向量控制法;在自主开发的车身概念设计系统VCD_ICAE中,开发了截面辅助设计模块和截面优化模块;在此基础上,运用PSO优化算法,进行了多约束条件下车身梁截面厚度和形状的优化;实现了车身的轻量化。
For optimizing the sections of thin-walled beams in vehicle-body concept design phase, algorithms for determining section geometric properties and the method to control section shape by scale vector are proposed. The section assist-design module and section optimization module are developed and incorporated into the in- dependently developed vehicle-body concept design system VCD_ICAE. On these bases and adopting PSO optimization algorithm, an optimization of the thickness and shape of beam sections in muhi-constraints condition is conducted, realizing the lightweighting of vehicle-body.
