摘要
采用有限元法对某铰接履带式运输车扭杆悬挂装置的力学性能进行了分析,计算该悬挂装置的强度和刚度。最后对平衡肘进行了拓扑优化,根据优化结果和设计经验提出了结构改进措施,重新分析的结果表明,缩减平衡肘35%材料是可行的。
The mechanical performance of torsion bar suspension system in an articulated tracked carrier is analyzed by using finite element method. The strength and stiffness of that suspension system are calculated. Finally a topology optimization is conducted on balancing elbow, and based on optimization results and design experiences, the measures for structure modification are proposed. The results of reanalysis show that 35% of material consumption reduction for balancing elbow is feasible.
