肝细胞癌组织中Ebp1蛋白的表达变化及意义 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中ErbB-3结合蛋白Ebp1的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测36例HCC组织和癌旁组织中的Ebp1蛋白。结果 HCC组织中Ebp1蛋白阳性20例(55.6%),癌旁组织中3例(8.3%);两者比较,P<0.01。HbsAg阳性者Ebp1蛋白阳性表达显著高于HbsAg阴性者(P<0.01)。结论 HCC组织中Ebp1蛋白表达上调;Ebp1在HCC发生发展中发挥重要作用,且其表达与HBV感染有关。
