The paper analyzed the occurrence regularity of hail disaster, so as to provide an important foundation for the prevention of hail. By the trace analysis of radar echo and the development law of echo, the critical parameters of the hail were proposed. The commanders could direct operations based on the critical parameters of hail, in order to create the maximum economic benefits and achieve the best operating effects at minimal costs.
