摘要
分析岢岚县退耕还林的现状,并针对近几年岢岚县退耕还林(草)存在的问题提出了市场经营,重点突破;发动群众,群防群治;间隔放牧,舍饲圈养;坚持移民,防火护林;改进技术,完善政策等相关对策。
This paper analyzed the present situation and its existing problems of returning farmland into forestry （grassland）in Kelan County in recent years, in order to propose some effective countermeasures, such as market operation for major breakthroughs, mobilization of masses for provision and management, combination of feeding sheep in Sheepfolds with herding them at intervals, insistence on emigration for fire precaution and forest protection, and improvement of technology and perfection of policy.
