摘要
东江是珠江三大水系之一,作为广东省及香港特别行政区最重要的饮用水源地,东江水环境呈现出典型的"高经济密度、高发展速度、高功能水质要求及高强度控污"特征。针对东江源头区三县(定南、寻乌和安远)的水污染特征,选择源头区主要河道水体中N、P、重金属和主要农用化学品等控制指标,评估区域产排污特征,遵循"控源—减污—修复"的原则,集成山地农林畜区面源污染控制工程、矿区尾矿污染综合防治工程、沿江村镇生活污染控制工程和农业区排(退)水污染物控制与修复工程,并提出源头区水污染控制的总体策略。
The East River is one of the three main drainages of the Pearl River. It is the most important drinking water source for Guangdong Province and Hong Kong. There are high economic density,high growth rate,high requirements of water quality and high-intensity pollution control in the water environment of East River. The mai. "n objective of the present study was to assess pollutants production and emission characteristics based on the selected control indexes (N ,P, heavy metal and agrochemicals, etc. ) in the source area of East River (Dingnan, Xunwu and Anyuan ).And then, a series of controlling engineering that including agricultural non-point source system control engineering, integrated pollution prevention engineering for tailings and life pollution control engineering in villages along the river were integrated,the overall control strategy was established in the source area, by following the principles of"source control, pollution reduction and restoration".
