摘要
AIDS相关肺部机会性感染是AIDS常见并发症,其中真菌感染呈逐步增多的势头。本文就肺部真菌感染在病原学、临床诊断及治疗方面的新进展进行综述。
AIDS-related opportunistic lung infections are common complications of AIDS,among which pulmonary fungal infection is gradually increasing.This review focuses on the research advances in the etiology,clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary fungal infection in AIDS patients.
