虹膜固定型人工晶体与后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术治疗无后囊无晶体眼临床对比观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价虹膜固定型人工晶状体和后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术治疗无晶状体眼的疗效。方法无后囊膜无晶状体眼105例(110眼),55眼行虹膜固定型人工晶体植入术,55眼行后房型人工晶状体双襻缝线固定术。术后随访观察6个月,记录患者手术前后裸眼视力(VA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压(TOP)、手术时间、角膜内皮细胞计数及并发症情况。结果术后6个月时虹膜固定组BCVA为(0.50±0.26),32眼VA高于术前BCVA,23眼BCVA≥0.5,裸眼视力改善效果明显优于后房型人工晶体固定术组。结论虹膜固定型人工晶状体植入术治疗无晶状体眼,可安全、有效地提高患者术后视力。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of iris-fixated intraocular lens and posterior chamber intraocular lens for non-capsule aphakia.Methods A group of 110 eyes in 105 patients with aphakia underwent iris-fixated intraocular lens with 55 eyes and posterior chamber intraocular lens with 55 eyes.Results The BCVA of patients with IOL was(0.50±0.26),the VA of 32 eyes was higher than BCVA before the operation,the BCVA of 23 eyes was more than or equal to 0.5,the post-operative naked visual acuity was improved obviously.Conclusion Iris-fixated IOL for aphakia is safe and efficient.
