人工光环境对大鼠眼压的影响及应用中医阴阳钟理论进行干预的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨长时间人工光环境及应用中医阴阳钟理论干预对大鼠眼压的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分成8组,1~4组为雄鼠,分别予自然光照射、单纯长时间光照(每天18 h人工光照)、长时间光照+中药1组干预(子时前补阴药,午时前补阳药)、长时间光照+中药2组干预(子时前补阳药,午时前补阴药);5~8组为相应处理的雌鼠。大鼠周龄8周时测量其48 h眼压,时间点间隔3 h左右。结果 1.长时间光照使雌雄大鼠眼压峰值时间点前移,与自然光照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药1组干预后大多数雄鼠眼压峰值时间与自然光照组接近,与单纯长时间光照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中药2组干预的雄鼠眼压峰值时间未见明显变化(P>0.05);雌鼠各中药干预组较单纯长时间光照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。2.长时间光照使大鼠眼压数值普遍下降,与自然光照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药干预仅对雄鼠眼压谷值及48 h眼压值有影响(P<0.05)。结论长时间光照对大鼠眼压峰值出现时间点及眼压数值均有影响,应用中医阴阳钟理论给予适时中药补阴补阳方治疗对其有一定干预作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of rats 'intraocular pressure in artificial long light environ- ment and application of TCM theory of yin-yang clock intervention. METHODS Forty SD rats (male and female) were randomly divided into 8 groups, n=5. Group 1 was male natural light group; Group 2 was male pure long pho- toperiod group; Group 3 was male long light and Chinese herbs intervention group (22:00 served yin drug, 10:00 served yang drug); Group 4 was male long light and Chinese medicine intervention (10:00 served yin drug, 22:00 served yang drug); the other groups were the corresponding 5,6,7,8 female; Every 3 hours measured intraocular pres- sure of the 8-week rats for 48 hours. RESULTS 1.IOP peak point of long light rats was earlier than the normal con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; group 1 after the herbs intervention the majority of male rats returned to normal IOP peak time, with the light group was significant (P〈0.05) while group 4 was not sta- tistically significant(P〉0.05); There was no significant difference in female medicine intervention group compared with the light group (P〉0.05). 2.IOP generally declined in long light rats, compared with the normal group (P〈0.05). Chinese intervention in the valley and the average of the male rats IOP had a certain influence (P〈0.05). CONCLU- SIONS Long artificial light had some influence on peak point time of rat IOP and the value. Timely regulating yin- yang drugs guided by TCM theory of yin-yang clock had certain intervention effect on the change.
