化胬抑复冲剂降低翼状胬肉术后复发率的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨化胬抑复冲剂降低翼状胬肉切除术后复发率的作用。方法以初发的翼状胬肉患者为研究对象,均施行单纯切除手术。实验组87例94只眼术后予常规处理并口服化胬抑复冲剂;对照组89例96只眼术后仅作常规处理。所有病例随访期1年以上。结果术后6个月和1年时实验组的复发率分别为1.06%和4.26%,而对照组则分别是4.17%和11.63%,2组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除术后服用化胬抑复冲剂能有效地降低术后复发率。 OBJECTIVE To explore effective and practical approach of the lower postoperative recurrent rate of pterygium by taking Huanu Yifu Granule. METHODS In study group, 87 cases (94 eyes)were chosen to take Huanu Yifu Granule after the simple pterygium excision. All cases were followed up for 1 year or over. RESULTS The postoperative recurrent rate after 6 months and 1 year in study group was significantly lower than in control group. The recurrent rate were 1.06% and 4.17% respectively in study group and in control group after 6 months and were 4.26% and 11.63% after 1 year. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS Taking Huanu Yifu Granule after pterygium excision, the patients'postoperative recurrent rate was effectively reduced.
