摘要
通过对洛湛铁路长塘埠湘江特大桥桩基埋钻处理过程分析,介绍了吹砂法处理深水嵌岩桩基埋钻过程中的构思及原理。通过方案比选,采用潜水员配合空压机抽出孔中碎石的方法打捞钻锤,保证了钻锤完好且护筒周围也无碎石进入护筒内。桩体质量检测结果表明,该方法操作方便、设备简易、经济合理。
Based on analysis of the buried pile drilling process of Changtang port Xiangjiang River bridge in Luoyang to Zhanjiang railway,the author describes the ideas and principles of the blowing sand method adopted in buried deep rock-pile drilling process.According to comparison,the method by using compressor to extract gravel with the help of drivers is adopted which ensures the drill well.Test result shows that the method is convenient and economic.
