下丘脑错构瘤的临床及影像学表现
摘要
下丘脑错构瘤又称灰结节错构瘤、下丘脑神经元错构瘤及下视丘错构瘤，是一种少见的先天性脑组织发育异常，并非真性肿瘤。常在婴幼儿期发病，临床症状、影像学表现独特。LeMarquand和Rus-sell于1934年首先报道下丘脑错构瘤，世界卫生组织在1993年对中枢神经系统肿瘤的组织分类中。
