S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并抑郁症的疗效观察

摘要
慢性乙型肝炎以及肝硬化患者都存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪,并且与病情轻重呈正相关。而这些负性情绪尤其抑郁情绪往往是触发和加重肝脏炎症活动的重要因素之一。临床上常用的抗抑郁药物三环类、单胺氧化酶抑制剂常因抗胆碱能、心血管系统、导致肝损等不良反应限制了其在临床尤其在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用。
