The Online Measurement of Large Forgings Contour Size Based on Green Laser

摘要 提出一种运用一字线绿激光标记的方法来实现大锻件热态尺寸的在线测量,能对大锻件锻造过程的热态坯料和锻件尺寸实现远距离、快速、精确测量,并通过温度补偿使得尺寸精度控制在3 mm。 In order to on-line measure the hot-state size of the large forgings,a new measurement method is proposed based on the method of linear green laser marking technology.The hot-state blank and forgings size can be measured remotely,rapidly and precisely by this method during forging process.The accuracy can be controlled in 3 mm by temperature compensation.
